1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 14bd website, platform, and all associated services (collectively the "Platform") operated by 14bd. By accessing, registering on, or using the 14bd Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 14bd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any corporation or other legal entity.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory restriction that limits your ability to gamble.
5. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

14bd reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time, including government-issued photo identification confirming your date of birth. Accounts of users who cannot demonstrate eligibility will be suspended pending investigation, and funds will be handled in accordance with our KYC and anti-fraud procedures.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and casino features of 14bd, you must register an account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each person may hold only one account on 14bd. Opening duplicate accounts, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence in relation to that bonus only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 14bd unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific bonus offer.
2. Bonuses are awarded to individual accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirement process.
3. 14bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, error, or technical fault.
4. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 14bd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or casino game as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. 14bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at erroneously published odds, or placed in violation of these Terms.

For cricket betting, results are determined by the official match result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that market. Live in-play bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the user after placement.

All casino game outcomes on 14bd are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for software-based games, or by physical game elements such as cards and roulette wheels for live dealer games. 14bd does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the bet will be settled on the basis of the last confirmed game state where technically possible; otherwise the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

14bd is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible from account settings after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and full self-exclusion. 2. You have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited conduct rules.
3. 14bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
4. You have requested account closure or self-exclusion, in which case your account will be closed in accordance with your request and our responsible gaming procedures.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 14bd will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected account holder at their registered contact details within a reasonable period. Where funds are confirmed as legitimately belonging to the account holder and the suspension relates only to a minor breach that has been remedied, those funds will be returned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 14bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 14bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 14bd content without our express prior written consent.

The 14bd brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 14bd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any 14bd trademark, trade name, or service mark without our explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of 14bd intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 14bd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 14bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 14bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

14bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 14bd will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
